On Oct.9,2015 P.M., the Legal Department organized a special training of legal knowledge.Part of the leadership, sales and after-sales staff participated in the training.
The legal training which announced by the company's legal advisor, according to the relevant provisions of contract clauses, combined with the actual contract information,focused on deposit, penalty and compensation, performance of the contract,how to avoid legal risks when the contract were explained,etc.This training received desired effect.People attended benefited from participating in this seminar.
The training had further enhanced our awareness of risk prevention,helped standardize the text&document,and will safeguard the interests of the company.
