Control cabinet is composed by start-up system with soft starter of frequency converter, SIEMENS programmable logic controller (PLC), and analogue collection module, touch-screen, temperature & pressure transducer and cabinet, which is a full set of control & protection system for natural gas compressors.
With modular structure design, PLC can expand and adjust according to the technical requirement easily; the 12 digits simulated modular can monitor the change of temperature and pressure real-time; parameters can be set and modified on line with the touch screen.
The control cabinet can control, detect and stop the compressor to realize automatic running, controlling and protection. It will give an audio-light alarm for sudden failure and stop the compressor automatically and for people to check the fault. There also have obligated control interfaces for gas alarm on the compressor to link with the security control alarm system.
